Almost as hard as giving up cigarettes,

What happened?

I drank straight vodka a lot and medically I was mess...My doctor wanted to put me in the hospital because screwed up heart rate, borderline obese... I promised myself to give up alcohol cold turkey.

What it is like now?

I lost 60 pounds, my skin, eyes, health improved. Still a little hard being around people who are drinking...
