It was a living hell for myself,my family & close friends.I put my family especially my wife through hell.

Walked into a treatment center thinking i was going for some tests. Was in total denial. I actually did not think I had a drinking problem.

Glad I did the 90 days program. Self awareness & self acceptance are key in this journey.

I call you a monster

Many have succumbed to you

I chose not to believe you this time

1461 days I've managed to keep you at bay

4 years I've learnt to deal with you
