I was in a dark place since I was a kid. When I discovered drugs and alcohol, it was bearable to live with me.

Blackouts and shameful mornings were my norm and it took a toll on my self esteem and confidence.

Now, I am present for every breath, triumph, laugh and disappointment. I am fully living, I love my life and value my sobriety for it has given me the keys to true self love.
