I couldn't get through my days without a drink. I only felt "normal" with booze in my system. Drinking was never "social" for me, it was how I coped with life.

I dropped out of my senior year of college, woke up everyday with horrid alcohol withdrawals and finally got desperate enough to put down the booze.

I enjoy life again. I work the steps and share my story with other struggling addicts and alcoholics, to help them realize that recovery is possible if you work for it.
