It was like living in an endless cycle of hell. It only revolved around getting high, trying to quit, and failing. In that cycle I lost myself, my mind, everyone and everything around me.

I ended up leaving my hometown, and wandering around somewhere else and ended up in Victory Outreach Men's Recovery Home. I found God, I overcame my active addiction and overcame the issues inside of myself and my life.

Now, my life is better than my wildest dreams. I'm married to the love of my life, after four long and hard years. My three year old daughter couldn't be happier. My two month old son is happy and healthy. And the rest of my family couldn't be prouder. I knew the sober life was better, but I never imagined it would be this good. Thank God for sobriety.
