Getting sober was the best thing that ever happened to me. The rooms of alcoholic anonymous meetings were my saving grace. I’ll forever be grateful.

I was with a person at the time who was older than me and a full blown addict. He taught me everything I knew and made it “okay” to try hard drugs.

My life now is amazing and I’m so fortunate to have recovered early. At the time I was always the youngest person in AA rooms but I found people who were willing to support me and I’ll forever be grateful for that..
