What it was like?

I was my own worst enemy. Life was standing totally still and I was constantly spinning.

What happened?

After weighing eighty-five pounds and knocking on deaths door, I finally found out what rock bottom was.

What it is like now?

I love living life on life’s terms! Stress still comes, but I am able to get through it with a clear mind. I can’t think of any other way I would rather feel than how I do now! In my right mind!
