All 6 centers in Concord offer substance use treatment and abuse counseling paired with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), one of the most effective frameworks for changing thought patterns and behaviors that fuel addiction. Individual and group counseling are available at every location, giving you flexibility to work through recovery alone or alongside peers.
Medication-assisted treatment is a cornerstone here. Five of the six centers provide buprenorphine maintenance—either as buprenorphine with naloxone (marketed as Suboxone) or buprenorphine alone. Five centers also offer naltrexone-based relapse prevention and outpatient methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone treatment, allowing you to combine medication with counseling to manage cravings and prevent overdose.
All 6 programs offer comprehensive screening and assessment: substance use screening, breathalyzer or blood alcohol testing, urine drug screening, and structured discharge planning to ensure continuity when you leave the program. Five centers include naloxone and overdose education, critical tools for staying safe during recovery. Aftercare and continuing care are available at all locations—the week you finish isn't the end; these programs help you stay engaged in recovery.
Concord's treatment centers serve all genders and accept clients regardless of gender identity, ensuring that recovery services are accessible to everyone who needs them.
