What it was like?

Numbing myself into a shadow world, just to get through daily life and avoiding all feelings. Never progressing just barely maintaining.

What happened?

I said enough is enough, I am blessed with many talents that I'm not using, I want to go back to being me!

What it is like now?

I am like my young self again before I let the world and myself get to me. It is sometimes scary dealing with feelings and reality but everyday I grow stronger.
