What it was like?

I was 44 years old. 360 pounds with morbidly high blood pressure. I was on my 3rd hospitalization from alcohol induced complications. It turned out to be the greatest achievement of my lifetime!!!

What happened?

I realized I did not want to die and going through DT’s and detox for 7 days really scared me sober..

What it is like now?

Absolutely everything in my life is better.. I sleep like a baby! I am excelling and achieving things I never believed I could.. The mental clarity and ability to handle problems without emotions taking over is the most valuable to me.
