01 What it was like
I covered it well but dealt with a lot of self-loathing. I could see the writing on the wall by witnessing my oldest sibling.

I tried to handle it myself, and every day I lost that battle until I admitted I needed help and pursued it.
03 What it is like now
25 years on this sober journey now. Most difficult challenge in my life. Totally worth it.
