Hillary

I used alcohol to cope with anxiety and it quickly turned into something I relied on to get through almost everything.

I was sick of being owned by a substance, sick of the awful decisions I was making, and sick of being sick. At a very rocky bottom, I surrendered.

Sobriety has been my greatest, most transformative decision. It has opened up a whole new world of self love and has provided me with some of my most vibrant memories. It has been an eye-opening, shame-free year of way less ups and downs.
