What it was like?

Lived in a garage dealing with depression and using an drinking everyday after growing up in a home were I swore I’d never drink like my dad- getting arrested and not taking care of my health

What happened?

I struggled to find any normalcy in my life- living for the high of drugs and drinking to Excape from a life I knew wasn’t normal

What it is like now?

I’ve been a triathlete -a father -a championship surfer .Got a college degree- a profession and stayed active in my recovery
