Name: David Morrison

Age: 53

Sober Since: 11 / 11 / 2018

Sober For: 5 Years & 140 Days

What it was like?

My life was becoming small, predictable and limited. The routine of escape became a prison.

What happened?

I called my good friend and went to a meeting. Admitting that I was an alcoholic/addict opened a door to freedom. The light evaporated the lie.

What it is like now?

I don’t have to lie anymore. There’s room for chance, spontaneity and love. Surrendering is the ultimate strength. My life is better than I could have planned. The superpowers aren’t even fully active yet.
