01 What it was like
Alcohol turned me into a person I didn't like, reckless and stupid; increasing my depression and anxiety. It clouded all my emotions but the day after I remembered the things I'd said and done which again led me down a dark depressive tunnel!

02 What happened
Enough was enough - I can't just have one or two drinks when I start I needed to get wasted so I decided to STOP- full stop.
03 What it is like now
I love being sober, when down or irritated I find other things to do like arts n crafts or chatting to a friend, meals out, exercise and I've joined a local slimming group.
