01 What it was like
Using alcohol daily was how I felt with my emotions. I felt awful, lost, miserable and like an empty shell.
I spend my days exploring places, teaching myself new things, processing my emotions in a positive way.
02 What happened
I woke up one day and just decided I didn’t want to feel that way anymore.
03 What it is like now
Life is beautiful. I spend my days exploring places, teaching myself new things, processing my emotions in a positive way. I am so happy I made the change and who I have become over the past 11 months.
