Name: Alisha

Age: 39

Sober Since: 05 / 25 / 2015

Sober For: 8 Years & 331 Days

What it was like?

After 6.5 years sober I thought that I could go out and socially drink. I believed that if I found out I was still an alcoholic that I would be able to walk back into the rooms and be okay. That was not the case.

What happened?

Turns out the progression is real and things got bad! It took a few years to crawl back from my self-made hell and I was willing to do whatever it took to save my life.

What it is like now?

3 years sober from alcohol, meth, bulimia, and self-harm. My life has been restored and I will forever be grateful.
