About The Apostles' House

The Apostles' House is a non profit organization located in Newark, New Jersey. We currently provide the following services: Emergency Shelters - 3 sites (Grant Street) for women and children only. Transitional Housing - 1 site (Avon Ave) for families regardless of dynamic. Food Pantry - provides food to food insecure community members. Open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 AM - 3pm. Referrals are not required. First time patrons will be required register with us. Ryan White - offers support to People Living with HIV/AIDS by providing case management, housing and emergency financial assistacnce.
