Shepherds Fold is a transition home designed to address the needs of men at risk of incarceration or recidivism. Our six-month program is designed to provide opportunities that support successful transformations, from the inside out, to empower, strengthen and create productive, contributing members of society. We provide assessments, intervention, and oversight with community partners to ensure top quality care and end results.
