About Region 1 RSS Access Site
The Region 1 RSS Access Site issues vouchers that are used to pay for services at substance use disorder treatment facilities and sober living recovery homes. The Access Site screens, assesses, approves and creates Recovery Support Services vouchers used at Department of Mental Health-approved RSS Providers. This service is available tor residents of Missouri eighteen (18) years and older with a substance use disorder. We also follow up on voucher recipients to encourage them in recovery and ensure that they are receiving the services they need.
