About My Brother's Keeper Transitional Housing
My Brother's Keeper Transitional Housing provides transitional housing and supportive services for emancipated foster/probation youth eligible to participate in the THP-NMD or THP-Plus programs. Our participants are very important to us as many of them have had a very difficult journey. We provide our youth with fully furnished apartments and partner with them in achieving their educational and vocational goals like many other providers, however we place a heavy emphasis on financial literacy. Our desire is to position our youth to purchase a permanent dwelling place after they complete our program.
