About Lionheart Wellness & Recovery

Lionheart Wellness & Recovery provides comprehensive outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents (ages 12-17) facing substance use and co-occurring disorders in Hastings, MN. We offer evidence-based, individualized care including Outpatient (ASAM 1.0), Intensive Outpatient (ASAM 2.1), and Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment (ASAM 2.5), plus individual counseling, family support, and peer recovery services. Through Lionheart Connect, our telehealth program, we provide pre-configured tablets and HIPAA-compliant virtual care statewide — no device or Wi-Fi required. We also offer IOP with Lodging for structured sober living. Most insurance accepted, including Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, commercial insurance, and county funding.
