About Joy Care Center Inc.
Joy Care Center, Inc. | Jobs Partnership Bloomington-Normal, is a faith-based, sober living re-entry program that serves returning citizens from incarceration, and those unemployed, underemployed, and hard to employ. We provide housing, food, clothing, transportation, and assistance in obtaining a job. We have many local employers that hire our program participants. We also provide weekly classes that help participants prepare themselves to be good employees. Support groups are offered as well.
