NW Instituto Latino Center offers bilingual, Spanish/English, long-term, barrier-free, no-cost, culturally specific, drug and alcohol and problem gambling recovery support services to the Latino/o/x and Spanish-speaking community in the Portland area. Our mission is to support our Latino/o/x and Spanish-speaking community on their path to recovery. We believe that through the power of our culture and a strong community, our community that is struggling with alcohol and drug disorders can improve and find their own path to recovery.
