About Healthy Life Recovery

Healthy Life Recovery is an outpatient drug, alcohol, and mental health treatment program in Pacific Beach, San Diego. We provide a full continuum of care — medically supervised detox, PHP, IOP, evening IOP for working adults, and partner sober living — for adults working through addiction and co-occurring conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Our Four Pillars to Everlasting Sobriety framework pairs evidence-based clinical care with the lifestyle that makes recovery sustainable. We offer TMS, ketamine therapy, qEEG brain mapping, GeneSight testing, brainspotting, EMDR, CBT, and DBT, alongside Active Recovery Tracks in surfing, yoga, MMA, and more.
