Truckee & North Lake Tahoe's only locally owned and operated holistic sober living house and outpatient treatment center offering in-person, evidence-based treatment to promote real change for those struggling to recover from a life of substance abuse. Crow’s Nest Ranch provides a supportive sober house for men and a professionally-run outpatient service available to all humans at all levels of addiction. We prioritize your well-being by focusing on accountability through providing group and individual therapy, alcohol, and drug testing, weekly outdoor adventure, meditation training, fitness and yoga sessions, Muay Thai boxing and Jiu-Jitsu training, direct access to our professional staff, and much more.
