About CaresAll Educational Strategy

CaresAll Strategy (CAS) began its mission in Tuscaloosa as Eti’s Rule, a grassroots organization that was formed as an educational strategy and prison re-entry source. Eti’s Rule established a network and soon began receiving phone calls from sober living. In 2021 the name of the organization was changed to the CaresAll Educational Strategy dba CaresAll Strategy (CAS) to better reflect the changing mission. In February 2020, CAS acquired a property for a shelter site and the facility opened with its first client in February 2023. CaresAll Strategy is dedicated to providing individuals with the care, access to treatment, and support they need to break free from addiction with a comprehensive individualized plan and steps for recovery.
