Notes from the Group
All are welcome. Typically, we try to get there 15-20 minutes early to connect or answer any questions. We open with meditation. Facilitator of the week picks a reading for discussion. Please send an email to us ([email protected]) in the unlikely event that we need to cancel a particular night.
