- Newcomer
- Designed for people in their first days or weeks. The format usually covers the basics of the program and how meetings work.

- A chair introduces a topic and members take turns sharing. This is the most common meeting format.
- Meditation
- Includes a period of silent or guided meditation, usually followed by sharing.
Notes from the Group
A worldwide meeting through Zoom. This meeting will be a book study of, "Life With Hope" with a two minute meditation taking place prior to the reading. After the reading the room will be open for sharing on experience, strength, and hope.
