Big Book

The group reads from and discusses the book Alcoholics Anonymous (the "Big Book").

Newcomer

Designed for people in their first days or weeks. The format usually covers the basics of the program and how meetings work.

Discussion

A chair introduces a topic and members take turns sharing. This is the most common meeting format.

Meditation

Includes a period of silent or guided meditation, usually followed by sharing.

Open

Open meetings welcome anyone — family, friends, students, and people who are simply curious — not only those with a drinking or drug problem.

Wheelchair Access

The venue is reported as wheelchair accessible by the listing group. Call ahead if you need to confirm details like ramps or restrooms.

Notes from the Group

Our meeting is open to all those that would like to learn more about marijuana addiction and a path to recovery based on our own experience, strength, and hope. A reading from our book “Life with Hope” is randomly selected, followed by a 5-minute meditation and then shares, with no crosstalk allowed, followed by open discussion if time permits.
