Notes from the Group
EDA Big Book Study & Discussion In this meeting we read the EDA Big Book together *slowly* (just 1-2 paragraphs at a time) and share insights (or thoughts, or confusion, or feelings) that arise in us from hearing those paragraphs. At the 45 minute mark, we have time for brief (1 minute) "Burning Desires" -- something a member feels the need to speak aloud in order to hold themselves accountable, or to experience the group's support. The last 10 minutes are for celebrating "Milestones"-- sharing with one another moments that are evidence of our progress (not perfection!) in recovery. Zoom ID: 860 3194 3178 Passcode: 883124
