Notes from the Group
Join us for a weekly support meeting focused on recovery from eating disorders. Meetings are open to anyone struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating, whether diagnosed or self-identified, and those in recovery. In this group, you’ll find a safe, welcoming environment to discuss challenges, set goals, and gain support. No judgment, no pressure—just compassionate understanding from peers on a similar journey. Together, we focus on rebuilding self-acceptance, mental and physical health, and a balanced relationship with food. Whether you’re beginning your journey or have been on the road to recovery for some time, you’re welcome to join. Together, we can work toward freedom from eating disorders and support each other in recovery. Zoom ID: 639 479 9909 Password: 123456
