NOTE: We take a gentleness break on the 4th Thursday and do not meet. Our format includes a reparenting check in, 10 minute reading of the Loving Parent Guidebook, 5 minute writing or quiet time and discussion for the remainder of the meeting. Focus: Loving Parent Guidebook
