Newcomer

Designed for people in their first days or weeks. The format usually covers the basics of the program and how meetings work.

Closed

Closed meetings are limited to people who have a desire to stop drinking or using. If you are not sure whether you qualify, an open meeting is the usual first stop.

Speaker

One or more members share their story at length. Speaker meetings are a good fit if you would rather listen than talk.

Step Study

The meeting works through the Twelve Steps, often using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions or a step working guide.

Wheelchair Access

The venue is reported as wheelchair accessible by the listing group. Call ahead if you need to confirm details like ramps or restrooms.

Women

Attendance is limited to women. Many groups welcome anyone who identifies as a woman; check with the group if you are unsure.

Notes from the Group

This is a beginners meeting, with the focus on people who identify as women with less than 5 years of sobriety. We are trans friendly. Each Friday is a different meeting format: 1st Friday: Speaker 2nd Friday: Step 3rd Friday: Big Book Last Friday: Anniversary (With months with 5 Fridays, the 4th Friday is a Speaker meeting)
