A chair introduces a topic and members take turns sharing. This is the most common meeting format.

Hosted by and for LGBTQ+ members. Most are open to allies; the group listing will say if attendance is restricted.

Open

Open meetings welcome anyone — family, friends, students, and people who are simply curious — not only those with a drinking or drug problem.

This meeting is now located at the PenBay Hospital Physicians Building starting January 2, 2025 (this meeting is no longer held at the First Universalist Church in Rockland) Conference Room D, Ground Floor PenBay Hospital Physicians' Building 4 Glen Cove Drive, Rockport, ME 04856 1) Enter through the front/main sliding door entrance of the Physician's Building 2) Turn right to access the stairs/elevator and go to the Ground Floor 3) Conference Room D is down the hall to the left as you exit the elevator.
