The group reads from and discusses the book Alcoholics Anonymous (the "Big Book").

Open

Open meetings welcome anyone — family, friends, students, and people who are simply curious — not only those with a drinking or drug problem.

Speaker

One or more members share their story at length. Speaker meetings are a good fit if you would rather listen than talk.

Wheelchair Access

The venue is reported as wheelchair accessible by the listing group. Call ahead if you need to confirm details like ramps or restrooms.

Notes from the Group

▹This is a traditional Big Book study meeting focused on the 12 Steps and recovery from alcoholism. We read from the book Alcoholics Anonymous and hold a discussion based on the reading. The meeting lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. ▹On the last Monday of each month, we begin with sobriety chip presentations celebrating various lengths of sobriety, followed by a speaker meeting. ▹Everyone is welcome — whether you’re new to A.A., exploring recovery, or supporting a loved one. When you enter the parking lot, follow the drive to the right side of the chapel. The entrance to the meeting room is located at the back of the building.
