Big Book

The group reads from and discusses the book Alcoholics Anonymous (the "Big Book").

Closed

Closed meetings are limited to people who have a desire to stop drinking or using. If you are not sure whether you qualify, an open meeting is the usual first stop.

Discussion

A chair introduces a topic and members take turns sharing. This is the most common meeting format.

Step Study

The meeting works through the Twelve Steps, often using the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions or a step working guide.

Notes from the Group

Please note the church's inclement weather policy: if the Branford school system closes due to weather threats the church will be closed too. There will be no meetings on those days.
