The program runs six days a week, with weekday hours from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturday morning hours from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. This kind of early-access scheduling reflects the center's recognition that people in recovery have lives, obligations, and schedules that don't pause for treatment. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the clinical foundation, giving participants practical tools to examine the thinking and behavioral patterns at the root of their substance use.
