About LightWork Therapy & Recovery – Braintree
LightWork Therapy & Recovery provides women-only outpatient mental health treatment in Massachusetts, with PHP, IOP, and outpatient services designed to support emotional wellness, coping skills, and recovery from trauma and other mental health challenges.
LightWork Therapy & Recovery provides individualized, evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health treatment for adult women. Programs may include Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and outpatient mental health services.
Treatment approaches may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT skills, individual and group therapy, trauma-informed interventions, somatic approaches, mindfulness, grounding practices, emotion-regulation training, and communication and boundary-setting skills. Wellness activities such as yoga and breathwork may also be incorporated into care.
