The Insight Program delivers both outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment specifically designed for the developmental needs of teens and young adults. Their outpatient program allows clients to receive addiction treatment while maintaining school, work, or family commitments. The intensive outpatient option provides more structured support for those requiring higher levels of care without residential placement.

Operating Monday through Friday, the center's schedule accommodates the unique needs of younger clients who may be balancing recovery with educational or early career responsibilities. This flexibility helps young people integrate treatment into their existing life structure rather than completely disrupting their developmental trajectory.

Beyond initial treatment, The Insight Program emphasizes long-term recovery community engagement through their distinctive 18-30 month support group model. This extended aftercare recognizes that young adults face ongoing challenges as they navigate early recovery while also managing typical developmental milestones like college, career beginnings, and relationship formation.

The center organizes regular sober social events that help clients build healthy peer networks within the recovery community. These activities provide alternatives to substance-using social environments that are often prevalent in teen and young adult social circles, creating lasting connections that support sustained sobriety.

Family involvement forms a cornerstone of treatment at The Insight Program, with dedicated parent support groups and family counseling services. This approach recognizes that addiction affects entire family systems, particularly when the person in recovery is still developing independence and may rely on family support.

Parent support groups provide education and peer connection for family members navigating their own recovery process. Dr. Steven Jaffe serves as Clinical Director, with Dr. Matt Klein as Alternate Clinical Director, ensuring medical supervision of treatment plans. Certified addiction counselors including Program Director Matt Meyer and Senior Counselors Nick Crevar and Sam Ake provide direct therapeutic services.
