Hatch Behavioral Health

Hatch Behavioral Health provides outpatient mental health care tailored to each client's symptoms, needs, and goals. Treatment approaches may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Services may include individual therapy, group support, and psychiatric or medication support when clinically appropriate. Treatment focuses on helping clients develop healthier thought patterns, process difficult experiences, manage anxiety and mood symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. Telehealth may also be available, depending on the services offered and each client's needs.
