Casco Bay Recovery Center provides individualized outpatient treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, with evidence-based therapies, counseling, medication-assisted treatment, and recovery support.
Casco Bay Recovery provides individualized, evidence-based outpatient treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Treatment incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, individual counseling, group therapy, family education and support, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, relapse prevention, and life skills development. Treatment plans are tailored to each client and may also incorporate holistic and wellness-focused practices designed to address the physical, emotional, and behavioral aspects of addiction while building coping skills and supporting long-term recovery.
