California Care Recovery

California Care Recovery provides individualized, evidence-based and trauma-informed mental health treatment designed around each client's unique needs. Treatment may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, and experiential therapies. Treatment plans focus on addressing underlying mental health concerns, processing trauma, developing healthier thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, and supporting long-term stability. Experiential and holistic approaches may also include equine therapy, adventure therapy, art therapy, yoga, mindfulness, fitness, and other wellness-focused activities.
