Treatment may include individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, exposure-based interventions, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, emotional regulation and coping-skills development, peer support, and recovery planning. Integrated treatment is available for clients experiencing both mental health and substance use concerns, allowing both conditions to be addressed within a coordinated treatment plan.
