Advanced Psychological Services (APS) is a comprehensive behavioral health practice providing individualized mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, and adults. APS offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, psychological assessments and evaluations, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, peer recovery services, and substance use disorder services.

APS uses a person-centered, evidence-informed, and trauma-informed approach to treatment. Clinicians tailor care to each client's history, presenting concerns, strengths, needs, preferences, and treatment goals. Treatment approaches may include Trauma-Informed Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Adlerian Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, REBT, Narrative Therapy, grief-focused therapy, and somatic and body-based approaches.

APS also provides specialized support for trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. Services include substance use assessments, individual and group substance use counseling, co-occurring treatment, and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Through in-person and telehealth services, APS provides individualized and collaborative care designed to help clients develop effective coping skills, improve functioning, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful and sustainable recovery.
