Additional Information About University of California at Riverside

The Riverside CRC (The Loft) is a welcoming space for students in recovery and their allies to build fellowship, friendship and an academic foundation on campus. The Loft provides an active space for students in recovery to share life’s up and downs with people facing similar challenges, as well as, offer a community of people who have similar goals and values.

The Loft has many community-building, and individual exploration components embedded in the space, including: scholarship, computers for use, printing services, group outings, wellness activities, seminars, career exploration and workshops, extracurricular educational lectures, 12-step meetings, organized sober tailgates and campus activities—just to name a few! In short, we are not a treatment center but a supportive group that offers services to help current UCR students navigate life terms and midterms!
