It is often said that they eyes are the window to the soul.

Can the eyes tell us even more than that? Eye contact alone can transmit a multitude of messages and communications from one person to another. When someone is under the influence of a drug, it’s not surprising that the effects can usually be seen in the eyes as well.

With help from Holistic Recovery Center and also Dream Center for recovery, we put together a visual portrait of what the eyes can tell us when someone is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Sometimes it is important to know what to look for. Many drug will have different effects on an individual, so there may be variations.
