The Collegiate Recovery Community at UNC at Asheville provides peer and professional support for students in recovery from substance use disorders and/or mental disorders. Recovery is a process of change. The CRC is for students who are committed to improving their health, living a self-directed life, and striving to reach their full potential. The college environment can be extremely challenging for individuals in recovery. At UNC Asheville our goal is for students to be able to take full advantage of educational opportunities and remain active in their individual programs of recovery without sacrificing one for the other.
