Let me introduce you to a very good friend of mine…
Frank Kallstrom and I go way back to our Law Enforcement days when we were both Law Enforcement students with the goal of becoming cops. Frank made it all the way through past the Academy and I stalled my second year of school. No surprise because I am an addict.
We lost touch for a very long time, both of us getting swallowed up by life, Frank started to have terrible health problems, and I created my own problems. We didn’t speak for years, not sure why but one day Frank called me with amazing news:
“I am now a drug and alcohol counselor now”
In this episode, Frank and I get up to speed on his career, his thoughts on the heroin crisis in America.
I was surprised and happy that Frank found a career he was passionate about, but I didn’t see that direction for him. He never had a drug and alcohol problem, Frank was always steadfast in his beliefs and maintained his status as a “social drinker.”
We end with a story about an experience Frank and I had while we were working as armed protection agents. We would love your feedback afterwards!
In this episode we talk about
